This policy covers movingcompai.com, the MovingCompAi website. The MovingCompAi product that moving companies use has its own privacy policy.

What the demo form collects

When you request a demo, the form sends us your name, your company, your work email, your phone number if you give one, how many moves your company makes per month, and your message if you write one. We use it to reply to you and to set up a walkthrough.

Who handles it

Railway hosts this website. When you send the form, our server on Railway passes your request to Postmark, which delivers it as one email to info@movingcompai.com. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail for that address to a mailbox hosted by Google. We don't keep your request in a database: the email is our record.

Your IP address

To limit repeated or automated requests, our server counts requests from each IP address. It keeps that count in memory for up to an hour and doesn't write your IP address to our logs. Railway, as our host, keeps its own request logs, which can include IP addresses, for a limited time.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It loads its fonts and scripts from movingcompai.com only.

The sign-in page remembers the last company address you entered, in your browser's local storage, so it can fill it in next time. It stays on your device, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep requests

We keep demo requests in our mailbox for 12 months after our last message with you, then delete them. Postmark keeps a copy of each email for 45 days.

Deleting your data

To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@movingcompai.com. We'll delete your request from our mailbox and tell you when it's done.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
